How do I use the extension?
Simply visit any website and click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar. If media contacts are available for that domain, they will be displayed automatically in the popup.
How do I copy contact information?
Click the "Reveal Email & Socials" button to reveal a contact's email address and social media profiles (requires paid subscription). Then use the "Click to Copy All" button to copy the complete contact information to your clipboard in a spreadsheet-ready format.
How current is the contact information?
Our database is regularly updated with verified media contacts. We continuously refresh our data to ensure you have access to the most current contact information available.
Why don't I see any contacts for a website?
There could be several reasons:
- The website isn't included in our media contacts database yet
- There are currently no active media contacts for this domain
- The domain hasn't been properly detected (try refreshing the page)
- You may need to be on the main domain rather than a subdomain
How do I search through contacts?
Use the search bar at the top of the extension popup to filter contacts by name, job title, or other relevant information. The results will update in real-time as you type.
How many contacts can I view?
All available contacts for a domain are displayed. The number varies depending on the publication. Paid subscribers can view complete contact details including email addresses and social media profiles.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the extension's settings cog link found in the top right corner of the popup. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. ALL previously revealed contacts will be deleted at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. ALL previously revealed contacts will be deleted at the end of your current billing period. Your account will be downgraded to a free account at the end of the current billing period.
Troubleshooting
Extension Not Loading
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Try refreshing the webpage
- Restart Chrome
- Check if the extension is enabled in Chrome settings
Contact Information Not Displaying
- Verify you're on the main domain of the website
- Try reloading the page
- Check your subscription status if trying to access premium features
- Ensure you're signed in to your account
Copy Function Not Working
- Ensure Chrome has clipboard permissions
- Try restarting Chrome
- Check if another application is blocking clipboard access
Known Limitations
- The extension only works on standard web domains
- Local files (file://) are not supported
- Some websites may require you to be on their main domain rather than subdomains
- Contact information is limited to media professionals
